Air sampling pump for chemical agents in air that guarantees:
A stable flow absorption as it is made up of a high-quality membrane pump.
Total decontamination, since it has few external components, all of them IP65-IP68.
Simple and practical handling from the mobile phone. Control of the working flow (l/min.) with external rotameter and programming of the measurement time with data recording.

Probox (Protection Box) Basic: A unit for static measurement of chemical agents in air by means of a sampler, with an external air flow regulation device (l/min.). Programming through the mobile allows to regulate the flow, memorize the history of sampling time and program the pump to turn off at a certain measurement time.
Probox (Protection Box) Personal: A personal measurement equipment for chemical agents in air using a sampler, with an external air flow regulation device (l/min.). Programming through the mobile allows to regulate the flow, memorize the history of sampling time and program the pump to turn off at a certain measurement time.
ProBox Sensor New Product (Request information!!)
The ProBox Sensor utility model provides a preventive, real-time, source-based indicative tool for monitoring airborne particulate matter.
Prior to the final measurement of the decontamination index control, inside buildings where maximum cleanliness of spaces must be guaranteed—such as during asbestos material removal and once the work has been completed—the basis of the final control is visual inspection. This inspection ensures that the source capable of emitting such particulate material (respirable fibers) has been completely removed/eliminated and that the surfaces of the work areas are clean and free of residues. For these very specific situations related to the final control of the decontamination index, Proyecsa has developed a unique technical improvement on the market: the ProBox Sensor utility model.
This sensor provides indicative information on trends in the concentration of particulate matter PM10.0, PM2.5, and PM1.0 in the air of the work area and is used solely as an indicative tool regarding the final cleanliness status of the indoor environment. It indicates whether the air in the work area is free of particulate matter and whether it may be appropriate to begin the final measurement of the decontamination index control. IT NEVER REPLACES the final measurement of the decontamination index control, WHICH MUST ALWAYS BE CARRIED OUT AS SPECIFIED BY REGULATIONS: in Spain is the Royal Decree 396/2006 of March 31, which establishes the minimum health and safety provisions applicable to work involving the risk of exposure to asbestos, and according to the method: MTA/MA-051/A04 of the INSST. Determination of asbestos fibers and other fibers in air. Membrane filter method / Phase-contrast optical microscopy (multifiber method).
Proyecsa offers technical repair and maintenance services for sampling equipment, as well as annual inspection of the equipment to verify that flow-rate intake is stable throughout the entire measurement. This ensures that flow variations do not exceed ±10% for flow rates below 2 L/min, nor ±5% for flow rates equal to or greater than 2 L/min. ProBox measuring equipment complies with the recommendations established for personal sampling equipment type P according to the requirements of standard UNE EN 1232, and for static sampling equipment with flow rates greater than 5 liters per minute according to the requirements of standard UNE EN 12919.

Air pollution poses an environmental risk that affects the health of all people. ProBox is a product designed for monitoring air pollution by chemical agents. Our project is based on the need to generate technical improvements that can be implemented not only in Industrial Hygiene but in any sector where environmental monitoring of chemical agents in air and indoor air quality is required.
